General Shipping Information
We ship all orders through USPS – if you would prefer to pay for UPS or FedEx, please contact us. We ship Monday through Saturday and will get your package out the same day if possible. No shipments will go out on Sundays or Federal Holidays. Any orders placed during the weekend or on a Federal Holiday will ship within the following two business days. Orders containing a custom item may take longer to ship.
Note: Some items cannot be shipped via USPS (i.e. Zippo fuel, Pepper Sprays, certain knives, etc.) and we reserve the right to modify your shipping selection if necessary.
You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your package has been boxed and is ready for pickup. It may take a day or two for tracking info to update once it has been picked up.
If our standard shipping option does not work for you please contact us and we can see what we can do to get you taken care of.
We ship all orders with insurance, which means your order may require a signature depending on its value. If you want a signature, or definitely do not want to have to sign, let us know and we’ll see what we can do.
We do not normally allow international shipments but contact us to see if we can make an exception.
Some items we sell are restricted in certain areas. Please make sure you understand our TERMS & CONDITIONS (you will be required to agree to them before you can place an order), as well as any laws in your area regarding ownership and/or carrying of your purchase.
SHIPPING IN THE USA
Standard shipping within the USA
If your order includes a product in the “Knives” category, then shipping is free. Orders that are over $100 are whether or not they include a product from the “Knives” category. All orders are insured against loss and damage through our company.
Product orders with a value of $300 or more are automatically shipped as “signature required.” Product orders with a value of less than $300 are automatically shipped as “no signature required.” If you would like your order shipped with or without a “signature required,” as applicable, simply indicate this to us in the notes box at checkout. If you waive the required signature on your order, you accept all responsibility pertaining to loss, theft or damage. If you pay for shipping, risk of loss and title to the Products transfers to you upon our tender of the Products to the courier; and, if we pay for shipping, risk of loss and title to the Products transfers to you upon delivery of the Products by the courier.
USPS Priority Mail Shipping within the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska and US territories) is $9.99. Some oversized and overweight items have additional shipping costs.
UPS Ground pricing will be calculated by weight starting at $13.99.
Delivery time (once an item is dispatched) varies. Typical USPS delivery time is between 2-5 days for Priority Mail. Typical UPS Ground delivery time is 4-7 days.
Expedited shipping within the USA
If you’re in a hurry you can purchase Expedited shipping. Expedited orders are given full precedence and in most cases, you will receive your order within 3 business days or less (items must be ordered by 12:00 PM MST to ship the same day they are ordered; call us if you need your order shipped the same day and it’s past the cut-off time). Limited circumstances may also delay the dispatch time of expedited orders (i.e. combined orders, order verification, weekends, holidays, etc.).
We also offer USPS Express shipping starting at $25.99. Delivery is 3 business days or less. This option is available outside the continental USA, but times may be longer than stated.
Once an order has a postage label, a delivery confirmation number (USPS) or tracking number (UPS) will be sent via email. The order will ship shortly after.
Shipping to APO and FPO Addresses
All shipping to APO and FPO addresses will be done via USPS (no faster than USPS Priority). When entering an order with an APO or FPO address please remember to use “United States” as your shipping country. Your package will be routed to the correct destination no matter where you actually are.

You can track a UPS package at www.ups.com.
Please Note: a Delivery Confirmation number (USPS) allows you to see when your item is actually delivered to your post office or house. Delivery confirmation is not comprehensive tracking.
We ship orders to the billing address for the card used to make your purchase. Entering a different address will potentially result in delays or cancellation of your order.
Shipping and Returns Policy
All returns must be initiated within fourteen days of receipt. You must contact us at email@example.com to receive approval before shipping the product back to us. Returns received more than two weeks after an RMA is issued will not be accepted. There is a 7.5% restocking fee on non-defective items to offset lost shipping, credit card, and labor costs, that were purchased using a credit card. Purchases made through Sezzle will have an additional 2% charge for refunds, making the fee 9.5% for Sezzle. Items not in original unused condition (including packaging) will not be accepted. If the product has been disassembled or modified then it will not be accepted for a return of any kind. The customer will be responsible for return shipping, which will be reimbursed to the customer if the item is found to be defective. No returns will be accepted on custom or clearance items. Damage claims require the original packaging and must go through the shipper.
