Specifications
Description
This model combines all that’s functional and performance-based in a Spyderco folder with the blade-opening feature made popular and patented by Ernest Emerson of Emerson Knives.
The Emerson opening feature is a hook curving out the top of the knife’s blade. When removing the knife from a front pocket it catches the pocket’s edge quickly opening the knife blade ready to use. The knife can also be taken out of the pocket without engaging the opening feature by pulling it straight up and out with your fingers on top of the closed blade.
The Delica 4 is Spyderco’s smaller more ergonomic version of the Endura knife, both knives have gained popularity for their lightweight build from quality materials and their affordable price point. The signature Spyderco thumb hole on the top of the blade allows for both right and left handed users to open the knife with ease. The Delica’s handle is made from textured fiberglass reinforced nylon and skeletonized steel liners which provide both grip and durability. The pocket clip has 4 possible configurations for tip-up/down and left/right carry.
This Spyderco Delica 4 knife has a full flat ground VG-10 stainless steel satin finished plain edge blade with an Emerson Opener modification and a grey FRN handle.
